Shipping Details

RYZ ships internationally and offers various classes of service in the United States. For expedited domestic (US) orders, next-day and two-day options are available. Orders for expedited shipping must be placed online no later than 2pm PDT. International orders will be shipped via USPS and arrive within 6 to 10 business days. Please note that some countries charge duties for international shipments.

Preorders

Items purchased as preorders will ship within 6 to 8 weeks. RYZ will notify you when the item has shipped via email. Feel free to email ryz@ryz.com with your order number (W-###) for updated status or questions anytime.

Returns & Exchanges Processing

To return or exchange your RYZ products, please send your items back to us at:

We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your return or exchange request. If you are requesting an exchange please notify us of the product and size requested via email at ryz@ryz.com with your original order number.

Domestic US Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days and shipped back to you via standard shipping for free. If you prefer an expedited shipping method, please notify us via email at ryz@ryz.com with your original order number – additional charges will be applied to your exchange order. International shipments will be sent via our standard international shipment method and be charged with your exchange order.

Credit Card or Paypal Orders

If you ordered by credit card or Paypal, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
