Shipping Details

RYZ ships to the US and internationally. All orders ship with 1 business day, excluding holidays. Excluding promotions, shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination by the respective carrier you choose. Please note that RYZ is not responsible for paying duties on international orders.

Preorders

Items purchased that are not labeled "In-Stock" will ship within the timeframe indicated. RYZ will notify you when the item has shipped via email. Feel free to email ryz@ryz.com with your order number (W-###) for updated status or questions anytime.

FREE Shipping On Orders Over $75

RYZ currently offers free shipping on orders over $75. This offer only applies to orders placed within the United States.

FREE Returns

To initiate your return, PLEASE email customer service at ryz@ryz.com and be sure to specify your order number and the product you are returning. We accept returns within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery. You may return any RYZ products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value, less applicable return shipping fees if you use a pre-paid shipping label sent by RYZ. We will provide you with a pre-paid FedEx/UPS/USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us. Returns generally take 2-4 weeks to process. Credit for returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. If you choose not to use a pre-paid return shipping label, we suggest shipping your return using an insured and traceable carrier. RYZ is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. *Please note: to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, PLEASE email customer service at ryz@ryz.com and be sure to specify your order number and the product you are returning.

Credit Card or Paypal Orders

If you ordered by credit card or Paypal, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
