Design of the Week - 01/25/2010

Who knew that a rare eagle domestic to the Philippines that feasts on monkeys and lemurs could make an excellent sneaker design? Thanks to song23's "Haribon", one of the most powerful birds in the world has also become one of the most powerful designs in the running at RYZ. The keen illustration, splash of texture and minimal pop of color clearly pushed this one ahead of the rest. So keep an eye on your pet monkeys ...the Haribon might be watching from the tree tops.
